Reiki has many benefits - the main purpose of Reiki is relaxation and calmness, for when at peace the mind and body can rest and the restoration process can then begin. This aids the body's own healing potential and can transform many areas of our lives.
Reiki is an amazing treatment to receive - it is performed fully clothed with the practitioner placing his/her hands over specific areas of the recipients body. Reiki is drawn through the practitioner exactly to where it needs to go in the client’s body. It is perfectly safe and you cannot receive too much of this energy as it is not from the practitioner but is channeled through the practitioner from the Universal Life Force.
Reiki is a very therapeutic treatment that leaves clients very relaxed and peaceful.
Each session of Reiki lasts approximately one hour. It is often beneficial or indeed necessary to receive 3 or 4 treatments of Reiki on a weekly basis to gain the maximum benefit. Each case is individual and a course of Reiki will be tailored to individual requirements.
There are many different forms of Reiki, and these different types of treatment can be combined into one session.

Each treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes to One Hour and costs £30.00.
On your first visit I will carry out a consultation and explain treatment procedures which will take approximately 15 minutes. This consultation is included in the cost of your first treatment so please allow an extra 15 - 20 minutes at your first appointment.
As with all complementary therapies, Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment and your GP should be consulted if you are unwell. If you take medication you should not stop taking it without your GP's guidance.
